Who the Queen HAS made an exception for after ruling Meghan Markle, Prince Harry and Andrew won’t be on the balcony

THE QUEEN’S Jubilee is fast approaching – with the celebration kicking off with the Trooping of the Colour and infamous balcony sc

While banning Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and her son Prince Andrew from featuring, Her Majesty HAS made some expectations for the balcony lineup.

The royal family will join the Queen on the balcony for the Jubilee – but some members won’t be present

Yesterday the trio were snubbed from the Buckingham Palace balcony because they’re not “working royals.”

The Queen banned the Sussexes and Andrew for the traditional Trooping the Colour RAF flypast at her Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

It was instead revealed just “working royals” – including Charles and William – will join the line-up for the monumental weekend.

However, there are some non-working royals who WILL feature on the Palace balcony on June 2.

The Queen has made an exception for Princess Anne’s husband, Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, who is not a working royal.

He will join his wife, the Queen’s only daughter, on the balcony for the momentous occasion.

Her Majesty’s two youngest grandchildren, Lady Louise and James, will also join the royal family for the spectacle – despite not being working royals.

They are the children of Sophie and Edward Wessex, who are working royals and recently represented the crown during a tour of the Caribbean.

Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will also be there, despite not being classed as working royals because of their age.

Prince Andrew, who won’t be on the balcony, was forced to step away from royal life amid his sex assault lawsuit with Virginia Giuffre.

There was also speculation the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would not fly back amid their ongoing row over security.

And it was feared they could “hijack or overshadow” the long weekend’s events, which take place from June 2 to June 5.

But just minutes after the Palace confirmed they were banned from the balcony, the couple confirmed they would be attending via their pal and journalist Omid Scobie.

And Archie and Lilibet will also join them – marking the first time the Sussexes’ daughter will meet her namesake, Queen Elizabeth.

The historic four-day Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday begins at 10am sharp on Thursday, June 2, with the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony in London.

For the last two years the military parade that marks the Queen’s official birthday has been a slimmed-down affair at Windsor Castle.

But to mark the Queen’s remarkable 70-year reign, the parade is back in London with more than 1,500 troops taking part.

A royal gun salute to mark the Jubilee will be fired around the country – and later, you will be able to see the royals on their way back to Buckingham Palace.

The Queen is expected to be on the balcony after the parade.

William and his three children will all feature on the balcony during the celebrations

Lady Louise and James, Viscount Severn will be with their parents Sophie and Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex – despite the children not being working royals

Anne and her husband Vice Admiral Tim Laurence will join the Queen during the weekend of celebrations
