9/11: Life Under Attack – ITV

This feature-length film is available to watch on the ITV hub player.

It features previously unseen footage – from private phone calls, emergency services, air traffic control, airlines, and military sources.

ITV calls it: “A unique and compelling account of the day that changed the modern world, captured by ordinary people who chose to pick up their cameras and film that fateful day.”

No Responders Left Behind – Discovery+

This movie follows 9/11 social activists Jon Stewart and John Feal as they take on the U.S. government to ensure Health and Compensation for thousands of ailing First Responders who are dying from toxins released at Ground Zero.

Turning Point: 9/11 And The War On Terror – Netflix

This is a brand new five-part series from Netflix.

It uses archival footage and eye witness accounts to document the terrorist attacks 20 years ago.

The show covers everything from Al Qaeda’s roots in the 1980s to America’s response, both at home and abroad.

Children Of 9/11: Our Story – Channel 4

This 90-minute movie is available to watch anytime on Channel 4’s 4od player.

It follows the life stories of six young people whose dads died in the attacks, before their kids ever got to know or even meet them.

Surviving 9/11 – BBC

This 90-minute documentary follows 13 first-hand accounts of people deeply impacted by the attacks.

BBC calls it: “A deeply personal film that moves between accounts of the two-hour period when terrorists attacked the Twin Towers and the Pentagon and hijacked Flight 93 and the story of the 20 years since.”
