A COUPLE were left overwhelmed as they discovered the house of their dreams in a classic edition of A Place in the Sun.
Greg and Sarah set out on their property search on the popular Channel 4 programme with a budget of £250,000 in the region of Charente, Western France.

Greg and Sarah were house hunting in France
A Place in the Sun favourite Jasmine Harman showed the, couple who had a passion for sports cars and all things luxury, around 5 stunning homes.
Throughout the house hunt, Sarah expressed her desire for a large open-plan kitchen and was left feeling ‘disappointed’ at the initial homes Jasmine showed them.
Jasmine appeared to be getting frustrated with the picky pair as she exclaimed ‘really’ after they revealed they were not fully satisfied by any of the houses they had seen.
Jasmine said in shock: “What are you like? You are making me work for it.”

Eventually, upon showing the couple the final property she had on offer Jasmine appeared to have struck gold as Sarah wept at how impressive the £296,000 property was.
Sarah was overcome with emotion upon entering the property as she said: “This is what we we’re looking for, it makes me want to cry.”
She continued: “This is the first time, yeah, I’ve got emotional.”
Jasmine asked her: “Really? What is it that is making you feel like that?”
Sarah replied tearfully: “Because I’ve almost found what I’ve been looking for.”
She added: “You have this vision in your head and you don’t know if you’ll find it and I think we have.”
Jasmine squealed as she told Greg to ‘give her a hug’ as the emotions continued to flood for Sarah.
At the end of the episode, the pair excitedly revealed to Jasmine that they wanted to put an offer in on the property that left her in tears of joy.

TV presenter Jasmine was overjoyed at the news as she put her hands against her head as Greg told her what they wished to do.
‘Yes’, she exclaimed as they told her they wanted to offer £26,000 less than the asking price in order to leave them some money to complete the other plans they had in mind for the house.
The trio sat nervously as Jasmine was startled by the incoming phone call which offered the pair a counter offer of just under £280,500 to which the couple agreed and toasted to celebrate their brand new French home.
