A PLACE in the Sun’s Jonnie Irwin has told how his wife suffered an awkward wardrobe malfunction while on holiday in Spain.
The 48-year-old took to Instagram to relay the moment his wife’s dress strap failed as they relaxed on the sun-drenched island of Ibiza.
The property expert took to the social media platform to share a sunny snap of he and his wife Jessica as they enjoy the Spanish heat in Cala Tarida.
In view of his 31k followers, Jonnie penned: “Wife’s dress strap failed,” before detailing how they were drinking in the sun.
Jonnie looked relaxed in a striped t-shirt which he paired with aviator sunglasses and a straw hat.
His wife stunned in a pair of Celine sunglasses which she also paired with a hat, while the yellow strap of her dress could be seen having snapped at the chest.

Despite the awkward dress incident, his followers were quick to praise the loved-up couple as they enjoyed their break.
“Living the dream, Jonnie boy,” one wrote.
Another added: “Enjoy your well-deserved break with your beautiful family to one of the hardest working people on TV and someone who helps others dreams come true.”
Someone else cheekily said: “What happens in Ibiza, stays in Ibiza.”
Earlier this year, Jonnie showcased his new family home which is set for a mammoth transformation.
The property expert explained that he plans to get stuck in on the “massive project” over the coming months.
In a video posted to his Instagram Stories, he announced: “I want to document all that I do with this house.
“Well, it’s a pretty lovely street, it’s full of families and I’ve managed to find certainly the ugliest house.”
