The TV star looked incredible as he posed for a mirror selfie after a strenuous workout at the GRND gym in London yesterday.

Lee joined the Channel 4 show in April last year
Lee, 34, proudly displayed his muscular physique for the snap.
The Channel 4 favourite had no choice but to take his top off after his personal trainer pushed him to the limits.
Lee said: “Yeh @connorminney killed me off this morning.”
He completed his look with black shorts and a pair of matching trainers.

Lee joined the Channel 4 show in April last year as a property expert – and has become a new fan favourite.
However he has had a number of nasty comments online.
Back in May he broke his silence on the “disheartening backlash” he has received from “haters” about his looks and outfits.
Despite only being on the programme a short amount of time, Lee has already had to deal with the negative side of being in the public eye.
The TV star has revealed that a handful of viewers like to share their nasty opinions on social media.
Lee told the Express: “The backlash of when an episode comes out, it’s really funny because you’re going to get a lot of love, but alongside that love, you’re also going to get a lot of haters out there.
“There are a lot of people that say bad stuff and negative stuff, comment on everything, the way that you look, the way that you sound and what you’re wearing.”
He added: “Everyone’s got an opinion and they feel the need to Tweet it, Instagram, DM it or whatever.
“When we go out and do these shows, I think even though it looks like it’s filmed in a day, and you’re watching it for an hour, so much love and effort goes into making the shows a possibility.
“[Ranging] from the research team back home in the UK to the production team and to everyone that is on-site making this happen, including the house hunters, a lot of effort goes into it.
“They are very long days and to find the right property, it takes a lot.”
Despite that, Lee still loves sharing his outfits on social media.

He recently wowed in an all black co-ord from his own line while filming for the show.
Lee said: “Ain’t gonna lie this two piece is doing bits in Crete. Super proud of creating this light sustainable set @juggurnauth_ Perfect for the summer 
.”
