Brian and Lorna were in the Costa Almeria looking for their dream holiday home

The couple had a budget of £185,000 and they wanted a property that had a garden big enough for their “mad” border collie Angus.

The first three properties didn’t fit the bill as the garden space was too small.

Property four was bigger and had a communal pool, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which was en-suite.

He also surprised them by telling them to check out the rooftop.

He said: “I’m going to let you have a look at this one on your own.

“But fear not, Little Lee will be waiting for you after and you can let me know how much you love this property.”

The nickname immediately prompted tweets from A Place in the Sun viewers watching at home.

One wrote: “‘Little Lee will be waiting for you’??? K**bhead.”

Another tweeted: “Did he just refer to himself as Little Lee? Absolute b***end.”

A third added: “Getting quite bored of Lee posing each time he stops walking.”
