A PLACE in the Sun’s Jasmine Harman gasped ‘what have I done?!’ after a couple turned on each other.
Tuesday’s episode of the Channel 4 show saw Jasmine meet John and Soussan who were looking for a home in the Costa Calida region of Spain.
The couple had a budget of £75,000 and wanted a two bedroom property with some outdoor space.
After the first three properties were visited without incident, property four caused a disagreement between the husband and wife.
The modern home was described as a “curveball” by the couple, but Soussan wasn’t completely sold on the property.
This was despite the fact it was on the market for £73,000, had three bedrooms and plenty of space for visitors, not to mention access to 24 swimming pools within the compound.
At the end of the viewing, Jasmine asked for their thoughts and the couple had very different opinions.
While John was keen to make property four the frontrunner, Soussan said she preferred property number three.
She said: “I think John will disagree with me,” to which John replied: “I’m surprised because this gave me the wow factor as soon as I walked in.”
Jasmine asked: “So are you disagreeing about his one?” and when they admitted they were, she cried: “Oh no. What have I done?”
Thankfully property number five impressed both parties, however they later admitted to Jasmine that they hadn’t reached an agreement and would continue their search for their dream property on their own.
Jasmine didn’t mind their feedback, and said she was glad they were taking their time and not rushing into making an offer.
