“I met up with a friend last night who I used to work very closely with – we had lots of fun, lots of catching up and lots of dancing, which if you follow me on Instagram you’ve probably seen that I quite enjoy a little dance every once in a while.”
She continued: “This morning I have got up and come into the gym at home. As part of the rebuild I wanted to set up a home gym, so I’ve got a punch bag here and I’ve got a bike and running machine.”
