A Place in the Sun’s Laura Hamilton snaps at guests as they brutally reject every single property

A PLACE in the Sun’s Laura Hamilton finally snapped at her guests who brutally rejected ever property she picked on last night’s show.

The property expert, 38, was pushed to her limits in La Cala de Mija, southern Spain when looking for a dream holiday home for Belinda and Alan from Essex.

The stylish pair – who were due to tie the knot later that year – were on the look out for a property that they could escape to after their wedding and one that had plenty of wardrobe space for all their clothes.

They wanted ideally two bedrooms, “something pretty,” a nice build, outdoor space and access to the beach so that they could drink cocktails.

Belinda, who works for the police, and Alan who works for a water company, were willing to part ways with £160,000 to get hold of their dream property.

So Laura made a list of properties she thought would tick all their boxes and unfortunately it didn’t get off to a good start.

The first apartment didn’t have enough storage space and while the second was liked by Belinda, Alan wasn’t a fan.

The couple then pointed out that they weren’t keen on the next two because of the noise – which became a very big issue with most properties they were shown.

Laura thought that her final apartment in Sitio de Calahonda was the one they’d want to put a bid in because of its modern interior, spacious rooms and swimming pool.

Despite being £8,000 over their budget at £168,000, it boasted two bedrooms – something Belinda made very clear that she wanted.

Alan was a huge fan of the “proper” swimming pool, but Belinda still thought it wasn’t as pretty some of the previous apartments.

The pair gasped when Laura told them the asking price, but were a little more keen when she told them that the owner was willing to sell it at their ideal asking price.

As they walked around to have a nosey, Belinda said: “There’s nothing not to like. Beautiful.”

Laura thought she had this one in the bag, but when they returned outside to discuss, things took a turn for the worst.

Alan said: “I can hear a bit of road noise, that’s the only thing.”

Belinda added: “See, I can hear that now more than the other one.”

Considering the two had commented on this issue before, Laura decided to take a sarcastic approach with her response.

She joked: “Oh no! Belinda, don’t you start with road noise now.”

Laura continued to the camera: “I’m confused. They’re confused. I have no clue how this is going to go…”

At the end of the episode Adam and Belinda decided to rule the property out.

But Laura’s hard work wasn’t all put to waste as they said that they’d like to have a second look around at a previous property she had shown them.

It comes after fellow presenter Jonnie Irwin was left red-faced as couple snapped “you’ve fallen flat on your face” after rejecting every property he put forward.
