TV funnyman Alan Carr reunited with his ex Paul Drayton at a Eurovision party.

Alan and Paul announced their split in January but enjoyed each other’s company as they watched the annual singing competition together at Alan’s home.

The former couple are still pals despite their divorce

In a hilarious video shared online, Alan, 45, is seen sauntering about in a white kaftan-style dress and wearing a long brunette wig.

At one point he stumbles slightly as Paul films his antics.

Paul captioned the Instagram story: “#nanamisscarri” – referring to Alan’s homage to Greek singer Nana Mouskouri, who had a Eurovision song entry in 1963.

He added: “bit wobbly on the dog ramp”.

Paul also tagged the video: “#HESNUTSBUTILOVEHIM”.

The pair have shown that despite their split, they still spend time with one another and remain close.

They recently also spent time together when their beloved pooch Bev passed away.

Party planner Paul was sentenced earlier this year after driving his car while four times over the legal drink-drive limit last year.

After a brief stint behind bars Paul successfully won an appeal which meant he was released early after being sentenced to 14 weeks behind bars.

The former couple released a joint statement in January to confirm they were ending their three-year marriage.

The official announcement for the pair explained: “After 13 years as a couple and three years of marriage, Alan Carr and Paul Drayton would like to announce they are separating.

“They have jointly and amicably made the difficult decision to divorce and go their separate ways.

“We request that their privacy is respected at this sensitive time.”

It was later reported that the relationship never recovered after Paul shared a photo of his black eye on social media and claimed “we had a row”.

Alan believed Paul’s Instagram post, shared last April, risked running his career and was the “final straw”.

At the time Paul deleted the shocking image as Alan insisted he was not responsible for the injury and Paul publicly apologised.

Alan also revealed that Paul — who went into rehab following their wedding in 2018 — had gone back on the booze, with Paul checking back into rehab following their split.

Appearing on Lorraine Kelly‘s show last month Alan was asked about the split saying: “Oh me and Paul, 14 years-“

“That’s a long time,” Lorraine quipped while Alan joked: “Which in gay years, is 207 years!”

He continued: “I wrote the tour, and then our marriage broke down during Covid, because it was so stressful, everything …

“And then I was going on stage and I was just like, ‘Well this doesn’t make sense, this doesn’t make sense.’

“So we’re divorced now, he’s excited about the future, I’m excited about the future.

“We’re still always going to be friends because we’ve been through so much together.”
