As Alex and Jermaine closed the latest edition of the popular weekday show, Alex told viewers they were taking a “summer break” until the end of August.

The closing segment was also shared across the show’s social media pages, with a number of Twitter users telling the pair to enjoy their break.
One user wrote: “Have a great holiday guys,” while another penned: “Yes have a wonderful summer and enjoy.”
News of the break comes after Welsh beauty Alex recently opened up on Instagram about the “challenging” times she had been facing at home.
She admitted earlier in the week that she’s going through “a tricky and challenging patch in her life”.
The presenter, who is mum to Teddy, Annie and Kit with husband Charlie Thompson, shared a snap of a lemon and thanked her followers for the kind messages she had received.
Celebrity pals also commented as Good Morning Britain‘s Charlotte Hawkins wrote: “Hope all OK, sending love,”
