ALISON Hammond screamed in horror today as she went for an invigorating swim in the freezing waters of Lapland – and ended up flashing a bit too much.
The 46-year-old was persuaded to give it a go by Holly Willoughby back in the studio, and despite looking initially very apprehensive, she declared it was the “best thing” she had ever done.
The This Morning star stripped off to a racy red swimsuit and black gown to take a dip in the sub-zero temperatures.
Holly exclaimed: “She’s so brave!”
She gingerly made her way into the water – screaming as she went – and enjoyed a very brief swim before emerging, shouting: “I did it! I feel amazing.”
Alison accidently showed off more than she hoped and she rushed to cover herself up.
“I’m showing off a bit too much juice,” she joked.
