THIS Morning presenter Alison Hammond has shown off her slim figure as she was seen splashing round the pool on holiday.
The TV star – who is known for her regular Friday slot on the ITV talk show – has been taking some time out for the summer holidays.
Alison has been taking a well-deserved break this week

Alison, 47, took to her Instagram grid to reveal she was taking “a week off” from her presenting duties this summer.
The Big Brother star has been covering for hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield in a schedule shake-up in recent weeks.
However, on Thursday she was seen splashing around in a pool in the sunshine as she told fans her “tan is coming on”.
Alison could be seen swimming around in the large pool, before throwing her long, toned leg in the air for the camera.
“My tan is coming on,” she captioned the post, as an audio in the background revealed: “I’m going to have a break, I’ve been working hard, I’ll take a week off, get a sun tan and I’ll be back.”
It comes after Alison was seen looking slimmer than ever as she posed in a stunning gold dress for a photoshoot.
In recent months, mum-of-one Alison has been working out with a personal trainer and staying hydrated to keep away from snacks.
She also teamed up with Weight Watchers, and revealing her weight loss secret, saying: “I didn’t realise that often when I used to snack, it was because I was thirsty.
“I try to get through at least two litres of water every day now and that makes me feel so much better.”
The presenter added: “Secondly, I’m doing a bit more exercise. I now have a personal trainer and he’s amazing. I work at my own pace – we do circuits and I absolutely love it.”
Earlier this year, Alison broke down in tears as she opened up on her weight loss battle during a discussion about obesity.
She broke down during a phone-in when a caller called Jean spoke about her 17-year-old daughter’s problems with food.
Alison was so moved by the call that cried at the end, sobbing: “It’s so hard, people don’t realise. When you’re big, people think you’re lazy.”
The TV presenter had to be consoled by her co-hosts Dermot O’Leary and agony aunt Deidre Sanders live on air.
