Later, Amy gets involved in an anti-spiking march in the Street, making placards for the event. Meanwhile, her father Steve MacDonald confides in Summer about his concerns for Amy's well-being and her lack of focus on her degree. During the march, tensions rise and Amy loses control, leading to her arrest for criminal damage.
Despite the consequences, Amy withholds the truth from her parents, Steve and Tracy, and tells them that the march went well and she's off to hand in her essay. However, her determination to protect other women from harm leads her to confront a man named Dan at a nightclub, leaving viewers wondering what she is planning and whether she is putting herself in more danger.
