Amy Duggar breaks down in an emotional post about ‘change’ as family falls apart over Josh’s child pornography arrest

AMY Duggar broke down in an emotional post about a major “change” as the Duggar family has fallen apart over Josh’s child pornography arrest.

Amy, 34. realized she was leaving the “happy zombie stage” behind in a bittersweet and lengthy Instagram post.

Amy said she ‘didn’t feel like myself at all’

Josh was arrested back in April

The Counting On star mentioned that her husband, Dillon King, had been cleaning out the freezer and found “the last few bags of milk.”

Amy and Dillon share their 18-months-old child, Daxton.

The reality star fondly remembered the “sweet memories of pumping, listening to praise and worship music” and getting “alone time” in Daxton’s nursery.

Amy described herself: “My clothes were spit up on and my hair was always pulled up and greasy. I felt like a dairy cow, I cared less about makeup, or going out .

“My bras were soaked through and I barely slept and didn’t feel like myself at all. “

‘HAPPY ZOMBIE STAGE’

The TV personality mentioned that “change is good” and hoped that the future will “only get better” for her growing son.

Amy concluded: “We now have dinos everywhere, and he is talking and running around and I’m burning calories left and right and I wouldn’t trade this time for anything!!

“But those silent moments of making liquid gold will be treasured forever.”

In the three snapshots, Amy shared two shots of the bag of milk, marked “I don’t even know.”

In the final snap, the 19 Kids and Counting star closed her eyes as she expressed sadness.

‘NOT ALWAYS EASY’

Jill, 30, who is also Amy’s cousin, responded in the comments section with a crying emoji and added: “I feel you! Change can be good but not always easy.”

Recently, the reality star took to her Instagram Stories to kickstart her new series dubbed “Real Talk with Amy.”

While wearing a blue patterned dress, Amy said: “I’m going to tell y’all something that will hopefully help you.

“So here’s the first one, cause I’m feeling a little salty today – you can have a glass of wine, a glass of whiskey, some Bourbon, a shot, a cocktail, and still be a good person.

‘A LITTLE SALTY TODAY’

“Just because you have a drink does not mean you’re going to become an alcoholic.

“It doesn’t mean you’re going to burn your family and you’re going to make terrible, bad decisions OK?”

Josh, 33, – who is also Jill’s brother and Amy’s cousin – was arrested on possession of child pornography back in April, which also led to TLC canceling Counting On after about 11 seasons.

Josh and Anna share six children: Mackynzie, 11, Michael, nine, Maryella, one, Mason, three, Meredith, five, and Marcus, seven.

In an exclusive interview with The Celeb Report, Amy admitted she was “not surprised” with the network’s decision to cancel the long-running reality show.

The TLC star said: “There’s nothing I can say about Counting On being canceled except ‘thanks for the memories.’ Lots of memories.”

She has been on the outs with uncle Jim Bob, 55, and aunt Michelle, 54,
