GOGGLEBOX’S Amy Tapper has shared rare unseen throwback snaps of her parents as she paid tribute to them on their 25th wedding anniversary.
The reality star, 21, took to Instagram to share some love, before heading out to Mayfair to enjoy a slap-up meal at seafood and fish restaurant Scott’s with her family.
Amy created a number of picture collages consisting of her her favourite snaps of mum and dad Nikki and Jonathan.
One montage had a retro pic of the happy couple on their wedding day, one of them enjoying the sunshine on holiday, and another of them more recently.
The Celebs Go Dating star wanted the world to know just how much her famous parents mean to her.
She captioned the post: “Happy 25th wedding anniversary to my favourite people in the world.
“Thank you for everything but most importantly for making me the perfect 50/50 mixture of the both of you.
“Can’t wait to celebrate. Love you both more than anything in the world.”
After treating the lovebirds to presents, cards and balloons at home, the family made the most of lockdown restrictions being lifted and headed out for a bite to eat.
Amy shared some snaps of the amazing food that they ate at the lavish restaurant located on Mount Street, Mayfair, with her followers.
Amy, mum Nikki, dad Jonathan and brother Josh shot to fame on the first series of the popular Channel 4 show back in 2013.
In 2017 Josh left Gogglebox to pursue his career in politics.
A year later the rest of the family decided that their time on the programme had come to an end.
Then in August 2018, The Celeb Report revealed that Amy has sensationally quit the series so she could go and find love on Channel 4’s Celebs Go Dating.
Despite not being on our screens anymore, Amy is a huge hit on social media.
She boasts an impressive 76.1k followers and loves to keep fans up to date with what she gets up to on her page.
One thing that has kept her busy over the past few months is her weight loss journey.
Amy has been the target of vile online trolls over her weight since she was 13-years-old.
In the past the star confessed that she used to cry after being targeted by cruel trolls while she appeared on the Channel 4 show.
But yesterday she showed off her amazing three and a half stone weight loss in a pretty white dress as she celebrated a pal’s birthday.
Despite her transformation, Amy recently revealed that she still gets targeted by online haters, saying earlier this year that she could easily “cry her eyes out” at the nasty remarks.
She’s also had to hit back at “backhanded compliments” after she was told that she still needs to lose more weight after shedding over three stone.
