Leaving the WhatsApp Group
Andrea also revealed that she left the Loose Women WhatsApp group shortly after stepping down from the show. However, she clarified that she still chats with her former colleagues individually on WhatsApp.
Battling Illness
Andrea McLean shared her experience of battling an illness that left her bedridden and forced her to cancel all work for six months. The TV personality was diagnosed with "long-Covid" and an autoimmune disease called vasculitis in 2017. Although she has since recovered, she acknowledges that the effects of long-Covid may always linger. Andrea stressed the importance of rest and self-care in her ongoing journey to regain her strength.
