THIS week’s Saturday Night Takeaway didn’t go smoothly, as the episode was plagued with mistakes and technical errors.
Ant and Dec were shown telling the wrong family that they’d won a free holiday, after the camera cut to the wrong household.
During the Happiest Minute of the Week segment, Dec could be heard saying the cameras were going to Lancashire.
He then called out the couple’s name, saying: “We’re coming to YOU, Robert and Donna Rowland! Hi Robert and Donna!”
However, a different family appeared on the screen in their living room and failed to react, looking puzzled.
Just as they realised they were on the screen, the camera then switched to another living room where a couple and their grandchild were celebrating.
Thankfully, the first family weren’t left gutted for too long, as soon after the camera returned back to their living room.
Dec then announced that they would also be getting a Takeaway Getaway.
This was down to the brave mum, who had saved her family when their car was on fire.
Last night’s show was littered with tech mistakes, as they’d not long messed up the ‘read my lips’ segment.
They had the wrong words for the challenge, and tennis balls were going AWOL.
