I'm A Celeb host Ant McPartlin celebrated his 49th birthday on the beach with his family. The ITV presenter, along with his wife Anne-Marie Corbett and six-month-old son Wilder, enjoyed a break away from filming as they marked the special occasion.

Ant McPartlin was seen holding little Wilder close to his chest as they strolled barefoot across the sands. The father of one looked every bit the ultimate doting dad, while his son wore a matching summery babygrow.

Special celebration Down Under

The family jetted out Down Under for the celebration, as Ant admitted feeling "anxious" about being away from them for an extended period. Despite the time difference with the UK, Ant celebrated his birthday on the beach with his loved ones.

Dad duties and emotional moments

Ant had previously expressed feeling "really emotional" about being away from his family, especially after the birth of his son in May. Plans to stay in touch via FaceTime were in place to navigate the 11-hour time difference, but the family was seen enjoying a relaxed and happy celebration on the beach.

Despite his work commitments on the new series of I'm A Celeb, Ant made sure to spend quality time with his family. The presenter welcomed his first son, Wilder Patrick McPartlin, in May and has been balancing his career with his role as a father.
