Ant's Emotional Departure
Ant McPartlin, the popular host of I'm a Celebrity, has been left feeling "really emotional" after flying to Australia to front the reality series, leaving his wife Anne-Marie Corbett and their six-month-old son Wilder back home. The 48-year-old TV anchor is reportedly anxious about being away from his family for an extended period.
A Difficult Time Apart
According to a source close to the star, Ant is finding it tough to be so far away from his wife and son, especially as it is the longest time he has been separated from them. Despite the distance, Ant and Anne-Marie plan to stay connected through constant communication and frequent FaceTime calls, although the time difference poses a challenge.
Staying Strong
While Ant is focusing on his presenting duties in Australia, he has ensured that Anne-Marie has a strong support system in place and is confident that Wilder is in good hands. Meanwhile, his co-host Declan Donnelly, along with his wife and children, have joined him Down Under, providing some solace during the filming period.
Teasing the Lineup
Before jetting off, Ant hinted at knowing more about this year's lineup for the show, teasing that he had insider information. Despite Dec claiming to be in the dark about the stars joining the series, Ant playfully suggested that he was ahead in the loop. The anticipation for the new season is building as fans await the unveiling of the full lineup.
