Switch-Up on Saturday Show

BBC Breakfast fans were surprised by a presenter shake-up on Saturday's show. Regular viewers tuning in to the BBC One program from 6 am to 10 am are used to seeing Naga Munchetty, 49, and Charlie Stayt, 62, on the iconic red sofa.

However, on this particular episode, Charlie seemed to have been replaced by Ben Thompson, 43, who joined Naga to discuss various issues, including the start of the Lib Dem Party Conference and changes to the Winter Fuel Allowance.

Changes in the Line-Up

This switch came after another regular co-star, Carol Kirkwood, was absent from the screen last week, with weather presenter Matt Taylor filling in. Additionally, Naga has taken on a new role as a co-host on the podcast Must Watch, alongside Scott Bryan and Hayley Campbell.

Health Battles and New Job

Naga's new role comes amidst her health battles, as she has been open about her diagnosis of adenomyosis, a condition causing significant pain. Despite her struggles, she continues to shine in her various roles, both on screen and on air.
