The man in the background distracted viewers and hosts Jon Kay and Sally Nugent
Gary is doing it to raise money for cancer charities, in memory of his late father, who was a cancer survivor before passing away six years later.
After showing a video of Gary’s achievements and the support he was, he was interviewed live from his hometown in Cleator Moor, Cumbria.
But as the interview drew to a close, presenters Jon Kay and Sally Nugent were distracted by a man in the background, who had popped out of his house to put the bins out.
Jon said: “Er, there’s someone in their swimming trunks behind you, I’m not sure what’s going on there.”
