BBC Breakfast viewers have slammed Naga Munchetty for “continuously” talking over a Government minister on the show.
The 47-year-old journalist has proved divisive among viewers during her time on the red sofa alongside co-host Charlie Stayt.

The interview comes after Liz Truss saw her Government collapse around her
And Thursday morning’s programme proved no different as the seasoned broadcaster spoke to Transport Secretary Anne-Marie Trevelyan.
Putting it bluntly to her guest, Naga probed: “Is Liz Truss the best that the Conservative Party has to be Prime Minister?”
“Lizz Truss, er, is, er, the Prime Minister because our system of selection,” replied Anne-Marie – but she was soon interrupted.
“I understand why she’s the Prime Minister,” Naga butted in, before adding: “I’m asking you. You haven’t even answered my question.”

Those watching at home were soon left infuriated after the pair become embroiled in a slanging match.
Taking to Twitter, one person fumed: “Naga Munchetty endlessly talking over a Government minister yet again. It’s a disgrace. The Government need to stop sending out ministers every day of the week.”
Echoing their comments, someone else said: “Never comfortable with BBC Breakfast interviewing politicians like cheap journalists with continual battering asking the same question over and over.”
While a third remarked: “I don’t pay my TV license for this bias, interruption and abuse. I’m tired of you Naga Munchetty.”
Their heated interview comes after the PM saw her Government collapse around her yesterday as she sacked her Home Secretary and her Chief Whip tried to quit.
In a day of Westminster fireworks, the PM appointed Grant Shapps to her Cabinet less than six weeks after firing him.
Yesterday afternoon, the PM was mocked at PMQs hours after inflation hit 10.1 per cent.
After a barrage of calls to resign, Ms Truss feebly told MPs: “I’m a fighter, not a quitter” – but was jeered by the opposition.
BBC Breakfast airs weekdays from 6am on BBC One.
