BBC BREAKFAST star Sally Nugent was slammed for an ‘amateur’ blunder by fans as she was nervously left laughing.

The star’s music is integrated into the musical stage show which kicks off later this year.
However, some BBC Breakfast fans weren’t pleased with Sally and Ben’s chat with Pete.
They took to social media to slam the interview.
One said: “Amateur mistake interviewing Pete Waterman. Sloppy research. And she laughs it off – you had one job…”
A second said: “This interview is about meh, isn’t it?”
Meanwhile, yesterday BBC Breakfast started the week with a major hosting shake up as TWO presenters were missing from the show.
The start of the week usually sees Jon Kay and Sally Nugent presenting the latest news and views, however Jon was absent for the second Monday in a row.
Jon, 53, is currently enjoying a two-week family holiday, having shared the news with viewers via is Instagram account at the start of last week.
Sally, 51, was instead joined by Ben Thompson, 41, who stood in for Jon on Monday to Wednesday’s programmes last week.
Jon wasn’t the only member of the team missing from today’s show, as over on the weather, Carol Kirkwood was absent.
Carol, 60, is a firm fan favourite with BBC Breakfast viewers, but today they were greeted by Matt Taylor.
