BBC’s Naga Munchetty has received messages from fans after being left ‘shaken’ by her new routine

The 47-year-old tried interval training for the first time and showed off the results on Instagram

In a new Instagram post, Naga showed off her make-up free face after an intense interval training session, and admitted it had been a challenge.

She wrote alongside the picture: “Tried interval training today to shake things up… Consider me shaken!”

She added a sweating emoji and then wrote: “Now for a spot of [golf emoji] in the [sun emoji]. Have a lovely Sunday x.”

Fans were quick to comment, with one writing: “Shaken not stirred just like how James bond likes it, happy Sunday and enjoy the golf gorgeous.”

Another added: “Interval training’s great – especially when you stop.”

A third shared: “Not Stirred [laughing emojis], good to mix things up.”

Naga’s post comes after she supported one of her colleagues who injured herself while riding an electric scooter last week.

Martin Lewis’ wife Lara Lewington revealed her bloodied face and stitches after suffering a horrific accident last week.

The TV presenter took to her Instagram page with two selfies showing the gashes across her forehead and under her nose.

Lara, 43, told her fans that she had fallen while riding an electric scooter and had to have stitches across her face.

Friends and fans immediately flooded the comments section to wish Lara better as she revealed she was returning to the TV on Monday.

BBC co-star Naga raced to share her support, writing: “That looks so sore! Feel better. Heal soon. Sending love xx.”

BBC Breakfast airs daily from 6am on BBC One.
