BBC BREAKFAST star Naga Munchetty has hit back at a cruel troll who slammed her for an on-air blunder.
The presenter, 47, was on the airwaves with her BBC Radio 5 Live show on Monday when she made the mistake.
TV favourite Naga fell victim to a minor mishap when she read the time incorrectly.
A listener was quick to criticise her and tweeted: “@TVNaga01 ‘The time is 12.20, good morning’ #WorstOneYet”.
But BBC host Naga was not impressed and fired back, writing: “No – there has been worse. Thanks for listening. @bbc5live.”
This isn’t the first time that Naga has showed off her fiery side.

The TV star revealed she is “trying to control her temper” after “two horrendous tantrums“.
She made the frank admission during her Radio 5 Live show while chatting to golfers Martine and Heather Gilks.
Naga is also a keen golfer and the trio spoke about their love of the sport.
But she admitted: “I am trying to control my temper. I had a very bad temper tantrum yesterday.”
Moments later, she explained why she had got so annoyed the previous day.
She said: “I’ll tell you about this game I played yesterday, I played terribly.
“I had a horrendous temper tantrum, twice.
“But the company was so good… me and my partner have lost against these other two three times on the trot.”
Thankfully for Naga and those around her, her mood lifted after she scored a birdie – when a player uses one fewer strokes than the par of the hole.
Naga said: “We were one down going up on the 18th and I chipped in for birdie.
“Can you imagine the joy? I had played terribly but we had a real crack and then I did that at the end. I was buzzing!”

Naga’s comments come after she slapped down by her BBC Breakfast co-host Ben Thompson after he suggested she sing live on the morning show.
The BBC One presenting duo were discussing how Kate Bush’s iconic hit, Running Up That Hill, had reached the top spot in the charts after being included in Netflix series Stranger Things.
