Her cardio fix came shortly after Naga spoke out about her “agonising” battle with adenomyosis.

The BBC Breakfast regular opened up on how to increase awareness and assure better care and diagnosis for people who suffer from the illness – which is condition that affects the tissues that line the womb.

This weekend, Naga took to her Instagram page to upload a snap showing her in her yellow running vest with her headphones in.

She posed in her garden – with beads of sweat clearly seen across her face and neck.

In her caption, the former Strictly Come Dancing star explained: “First run in really warm sun.

“Feel lucky to be able to do so and very [hot] now… Stick to the shade today if possible when outside.”

She added: “I’ll be out to golf later. And will drink LOTS of water.”

Fans were quick to react, with one posting: “Just got back from the gym myself now a National Trust park feeling blessed.”

Another put: “Happy Sunday Naga, enjoy your round.”

A third then wrote: “Have a great day Naga, enjoy the golf.”

Naga often delights fans with her sweaty fitness selfies.

Recently fans flooded the star with support after she confessed her health battle.

Speaking to the Independent, the TV star shared that she was diagnosed with adenomyosis.

She stated that, like most people, she had never heard of the condition until she was diagnosed.

People with this condition suffer immense pain as the endometrial tissue grows into the muscular wall of the womb, instead of just lining the uterus.

Speaking about her crippling condition on BBC Radio 5, she said: “Right now as I sit here talking to you, I am in pain. Constant, nagging pain.”

She then added: “Every so often the pain changes; it becomes a stabbing pain. A pain that takes my breath away and I can do nothing but sit with it for a minute or curl up to cope.”
