Finlay, who has cerebral palsy, appeared on BBC Breakfast on Tuesday (November 22) after he wrote to the England footballer earlier this year.
After a surprise meeting at Manchester City’s training facilities, Jack promised Finlay that he would do a special celebratory dance for him during the England v Iran game.
After doing the dance, Jack then surprised Finlay with a phonecall which was shown on BBC Breakfast.
The clip was shared on Naga’s colleague John Watson’s page, before Naga also took to Twitter to show her appreciation.
