The new BBC drama, Champion suffered a last minute schedule change
Fans were furious to find out Champion had been moved from it’s BBC One slot to BBC Two
Rapper Bosco Champion has returned from prison and is eager to rule the music world once more.
When Bosco’s adversary discovered his loyal younger sister Vita’s talent, she slipped out of her brother’s shadow to become a performer in her own right, pitting the Champion siblings against one another and tearing the family apart in the process.
The new drama has already become a firm favourite for fans who were excited to tune into BBC One to catch the latest episode of the series.
But to their disbelief, however, the broadcast was shifted from its planned 9:15 pm time on BBC One to BBC Two to make room for the Wimbledon championships
Viewers were not happy, and took to Twitter to express their rage.
One wrote: “So annoying that they’ve moved Champion tonight!”
A second Champion is on BBC Two now instead, so annoying.”
A third complained: “I just hate these last-minute show changes, who cares about Wimbledon.”
A fourth fumed: “They’ve f*****g moved Champion to BBC Two now.”
A fifth raged: “Was really looking forward to switching on BBC One for Champion tonight, such a great show but instead it’s been moved. P****’s.
