As the latest round of Britain’s Got Talent semi-finals kicked off viewers took to social media to comment on a change in Simon‘s usual look.

The head judge opted for a pair of funky red tinted spectacles for Thursday night’s episode – ensuring all eyes were on him.
One fan wrote on Twitter: “Simon those glasses don’t suit you.”
The music mogul then drew comparisons to a wide range of famous faces.
Another viewer commented: “Why has Simon Cowell stolen Anastasia’s glasses?”
Someone else said: “Simon is reminding me of a George Michael tribute act in his glasses.”

It’s not the first time Simon’s appearance has drawn attention this series.
During the auditions, he was grilled by fellow judge Amanda Holden about the time he had long shoulder-length hair when he was in his 20s.
Amanda told him, referring to the newest member of the judging line-up: “Bruno was saying today that you used to have shoulder-length hair.”
Sounding amused, Simon replied: “I did.”
She quipped: “I want to see that, I’m going to Google it.”
Suddenly wishing the matter had never been brought up, he insisted: ‘No please don’t. No, no, no, no, not now.”
