The reality TV star is already mum to daughter Nelly, eight, and son Arthur, five.
She posed in a brown bikini in Abu Dhabi last night, while pushing her new daughter Margot in her pram.
Billie, 32, captioned her post: “Getting my steps in.
“It only feels like yesterday when I was pushing Nelly and Arthur around … here we go again.”
The family are currently in the United Arab Emirates city for her mum Suzie‘s 54th birthday.
Billie has been joined by her sister Sam and their family, and the mother/daughter trio have been posing up a storm on social media.
Sam’s kids Paul, seven, Rosie, five, and nine-month-old Edward were joined by Billie’s children Nelly, eight, Arthur, five, and newborn daughter Margot in cute photos on Instagram.
The Family Diaries star Billie shared with fans that they flew business class to Dubai – and some followers had a lot to say.
Sharing a snap of Margot on the plane, she wrote: “Margot’s first holiday. Our happy little lady.”
While many loved seeing the family snaps, one person wrote: “Always easier when you can afford 1st class luxury.”
Another said: “Must be mad doing it this early.”
And a third questioned scathingly: “Another freebie?”
It’s not the first time fans have had a lot to say about Billie’s youngest.
She was also attacked by the mum police recently when she shared a snap showing her holding Margot in a chest wrap.
Billie jokingly captioned it: “Mum hack. If you have a newborn baby and have others to look after, get yourself a baby sling.
“I fully prepared dinner wearing this.”
However, fans flooded the comments to warn Billie that it was “not safe” to have her baby on her chest.
One mum-shamer wrote under the post: “They are so dangerous. I remember years ago, someone wearing the baby sling had fallen. It made me feel sick.”
“Sorry, hate to be a killjoy but literally yesterday a baby in Devon was killed in a sling,” a second added.
