Britain’s Got Talent in new fix row after golden buzzer magician Keiichi Iwasaki appears on FOUR other Got Talent shows

BRITAIN’S Got Talent has been hit by ANOTHER fix row after it emerged golden buzzer magician Keiichi Iwaski has appeared on FOUR other shows in the global franchise.

While the Japanese magic man wowed the judges on the ITV show, many viewers at home were not happy that he is a seasoned performer on various international Got Talent editions.

Keiichi got the golden buzzer – but fans were miffed this wasn’t his first Got Talent appearance

The Japanese street magician has appeared on four other editions of the franchise

Street magician Keiichi auditioned for Italy’s version in 2016, Spain’s in 2019 and Bulgaria’s in 2021, while also auditioning last year for Germany’s Das Supertalent.

Keiichi even made it all the way to the semi finals of Italia’s Got Talent, and performed the same ring trick that he pulled Alesha Dixon on stage for.

And on Bulgaria’s version, he also scored a golden buzzer.

While his act on last night’s show was enough to get Ant and Dec to press their golden buzzer for him, many watching along at home were not impressed as news spread on social media that this was not Keiichi’s first rodeo.

One wrote on twitter: “So a former Italy, Bulgaria, and Spain’s got talent act gets the golden buzzer then… hardly an unknown.”

A second vented: “Oh look, another golden buzzer for yet another professional act the producers have paid to perform in the UK.”

And many commented on the show’s official YouTube channel after they posted Keiichi’s performance.

“Oh come on. A quick youtube search this guys done european Got Talent shows for years. No one knew him or what he was going to do? FIX FIX FIX,” fumed one.

“I am having deja vu,” added another. “Last year, Keiichi participated in my country Got Talent (Bulgaria Got Talent). He performed the same or similar tricks…”

The Celeb Report contacted ITV who issued a statement about the fix claims and Keiichi’s involvement in other Got Talent shows.

A spokesperson said: “As with many other entertainers who are hoping for success in the industry, Keiichi, a street performer, had previously auditioned on television shows in the past.

“There are no rules that state this should prevent him from applying.  All acts audition on the same basis and normal programme rules apply.

“These claims unnecessarily encourage negative trolling against our contestants and “fix” claims are completely untrue. We have always been very open about who can apply for BGT. We look forward to our viewers tuning in to show their support to Keiichi.”

The furore aside, Keiichi left the judges and audience gobsmacked as he  invited judge Alesha to assist him in a mind-blowing illusion.

Taking direction from Keiichi, Alesha raised one finger and held it in place while he shows off a ring.

Walking away from her he mysteriously said: “This ring, your finger.”

With a flick of his hand the ring started to spin at speed in the air.

Simon looked a bit terrified, but Keiichi’s ring continued to hover through the air towards Alesha and the audience were transfixed.

The ring landed on Alesha’s finger as Keiichi let out a scream and the audience erupted.

But those watching at home think they have already cracked how he did it as they spotted a “device”.

One person commented: “You can see the device on his right middle finger.”

A second added: “He has something between his index and middle finger in her  right hand, that probably does the trick but I don’t know what it is.”
