The former Countdown star, 61, posed in Portugal in a swimming costume that showcased her set of rock-hard abs.

TV star Carol is on a fitness retreat at Juicy Oasis, the sun-drenched celeb hotspot in the mountains.
She had kept followers to her social media accounts updated with her latest workouts – and outfits.
Today she posed in the pink and black swimming costume with the sun-drenched swimming pool behind her.
Carol wrote: “Morning swim time

Yesterday Carol spoke to followers from the swimming pool, raving about her hard-working holiday.
Despite nearly dropping her phone in the water the star was in high spirits.
Explaining she was doing laps of the pool, she explained: “I’ve done 20, I’ve got another 20 to do.
“I’ve done an hour of yoga and half an hour of spin which was exhausting and very hot. I haven’t had anything yet.”
She added: “I haven’t even had my first juice yet. I love it at Juicy Oasis – the best.”
Carol later shared footage of some of the exercises she was doing, with one clip showing her on the floor on all-fours doing a lower body workout.
