The star signed up for the show alongside a raft of stars including former Strictly and Big Brother star Ann Widdecombe
Scotty, 34, signed up for the E4 series alongside a raft of stars including Ann Widdecombe, James Argent, Olivia Bentley and Louie Spence.
A source said: “Scotty became unpopular among some of the Celeb Cooking School cast because he turned up late to filming and pushed everything back.
“They thought he was selfish and that he showed no consideration for any of the cast or crew.
“During filming he was late on a number of occasions, which meant everything ran on and they finished than they should.
“Everyone else managed to stick to the rules but Scotty seemed to think he could act differently.
“Scotty had friends on the show but he really got on the nerves of others.”
Celebrity Big Brother winner Scotty started filming on the cooking show earlier this month.
The Celeb Report exclusively revealed the full line up for the second series, which included Italian lawyer Nancy Dell’ Olio.
A source said at the time of Nancy: “Nancy appeared on Celebrity Masterchef last year but it was obvious she was useless hence why she was booted off first.
“As she said herself then, the main ingredients in her fridge were ‘water, champagne and wine,’ so she needs to go back to basics.”
The stars are put to the test in the kitchen and must compete to improve under the watchful eye of host Melvin Odoom and chef Giorgio Locatelli.
