The 26-year-old Strictly Come Dancing pro was spotted with a device that many believed to be a mobile phone - a prohibited item - during Tuesday night's episode.

Some fans pointed out that the "phone" was resting on his knee as he conversed with Big Brother, prompting confusion among viewers.
However, it was later clarified that the device was actually a blood sugar monitor for his Type 1 diabetes condition. Nikita has not directly addressed his health situation with his fellow housemates.
Having been diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 13, Nikita has previously shared his challenges with the condition on BBC's Morning Live program.
He emphasized the importance of being responsible from a young age due to the condition and finding inspiration from successful individuals with similar health challenges.
