CELEBS Go Dating fans have slammed Marty McKenna for downing booze on a drunken date, calling him “vulgar and rude”.
The Geordie Shore star could be seen sipping wine straight out of the bottle in one wild moment on Tuesday night’s episode of the dating show.
Marty, 27, could be seen acting as a waiter as Abz and Chloe Brockett headed out on a romantic double date with new faces Max and Joanna.
However, things turned chaotic as the reality TV star began to sip alcohol from the bottle as he served the group wine into their glasses.
Snatching the white wine from co-star Ryan Mark Parsons, Marty was quick to remove the cap and swig the remainder of the bottle.
“Marty!” The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe could be heard shouting, before Apprentice contestant Ryan asked him: “What are you doing?”
“Taking the food orders – now what do you want scran?” Marty replied, as looks of disgust were exchanged across the dinner table between Abz and his date.
Later on in the episode, the star could be seen pouring a white spirit into his mouth from the bottle, as well as mixing himself up a drink.
Viewers took to social media in disgust over the clips, slamming Marty as “vulgar and rude” for ruining the date for his fellow celebrities.
“Marty is vile – no manners, rude, vulgar,” one fan lashed out, as a second chimed in: “Marty showing himself to be a thoroughly unpleasant human, no manners.”
“Literally intolerable, he’s not taking the show seriously,” a third said, as a fourth added: “Marty and Ryan are so disrespectful.”
Others were left worried about the amount of clips of Marty drinking throughout the E4 episode, and suggested the star “needed an AA meeting”.
“He drinks alcohol like it’s water,” one fan said, as a second wrote: “Anyone think E4 are enabling Marty McKenna? He very clearly has a problem with drink.”
However, some viewers simply found the exchanges hilarious and called for “more drunk Marty and Ryan” throughout the upcoming episodes.
Earlier this week, Marty left Celebs Go Dating fans in stitches after making a MAJOR name blunder with Ulrika Jonsson.
The Geordie Shore bad-boy struggled to get to grips with the Swedish stunner’s name, despite her being a telly regular for three decades.
The tongue-tied reality star repeatedly got the name wrong in a chat with agency experts Anna Williamson and Paul Brunson.
He called her urethra, which is in fact the tube inside the penis that men urinate through.
One viewer wrote on Twitter: “Crying at Marty called ulrika Johnson ‘urethra’ ahahahaha.”
Another posted: “HAHAHAH MARTY calling Ulrika Johnson ‘urethra’ has made me belly laugh I can’t even cope with that boy.”
