The Geordie Shore star was earlier spotted kissing her beau at a go-kart track before heading out for dinner in Sunderland.
The pair packed on the PDA as they shared an intimate moment, with Liam pulling the birthday girl closer for a quick smooch.
Charlotte was joined by her family and friends for some competitive fun at a go-karting track in Sunderland.
Her Geordie Shore pals joined the bash including Sophie Kasaei, Bethan Kershaw, Abbie Holborn.
Fellow co-stars Nathan Henry, Scotty T, Aaron Chalmers and James Tindale also took to the track in full racing attire.
Charlotte, who recently revealed that lockdown had ruined her sex life, looked happier than ever with her fella.
The duo were smitten as they shared a peck on the track, Liam then picked up his girlfriend and gave her a tight squeeze.
The couple headed out for a slap up meal at The Palm restaurant, the star enjoyed a boozy evening with cocktails and shots flowing.
The reality star was treated like a queen by her boyfriend, who pulled out all the stops to ensure she had the best day.
Charlotte looked sensational wearing a skin-tight white mini dress and opted to go braless as she braved the chilly temperatures.
She was spotted holding hands with her tattooed hunk boyfriend as they arrived at the venue – where she was seated indoors due to the easing of the coronavirus restrictions in the UK.
The brunette beauty completed her stylish look with a blue jacket and a pair of knee-high nude boots.
The telly favourite looked over the moon to be out celebrating with her closest friends.
She showed off her incredible figure as she danced the night away with her jacket draped over her shoulders.
The lavish celebrations didn’t stop there, she was spoilt with a golden balloon display, flowers and a soak in an extravagant bathtub.
Charlotte shared her special day on Instagram, including a meal with her family inside a restaurant.
Liam blow-dried Charlotte’s hair after she got out the bath, and the couple cosied up with popcorn in the evening to watch Dirty Dancing.
The reality star was also treated to a stunning cake by In The Style, the fashion brand she works with.
The star recently admitted that her once “wild sex life” has become non-existent over the last few months.
The Newcastle beauty said: “Me and Liam, when we first met and had sex, we were wild. Oh my god, there was fireworks honestly.
“There was all sorts going on. But now mine and Liam’s sex in a relationship is okay when we can be bothered. But it’s very much just bleurgh.”
She continued: “Once you see each other every single day and you’re just stuck together, there is no reason to have sex.
“Before we moved in together we would have sex every time we saw each other because we hadn’t seen each other for a little while but that doesn’t happen anymore.”
Charlotte and videographer Liam met in Dubai and began dating in February 2020.
A source close to Charlotte told The Celeb Report at the time: “They’ve been dating since meeting in Dubai when Charlotte was on a group holiday with the Geordie Shore girls.
“They instantly clicked when they met and haven’t stopped talking by text ever since.”
Since then, the couple have kept their fans up to date with their romance by regularly posting loved up selfies on social media.
