COMEDIAN Chelsea Handler has been hospitalized and forced to cancel some of her upcoming shows for her comedy tour.
Chelsea, 46, spoke from her hospital bed to give fans an update on her “health scare” in her latest Instagram Stories.
In the short clips, the former Chelsea Lately star wore a hospital gown from the medical bed as she had a white wire taped to her chest.
The late-night talk show host apologized: “I’m so sorry that I had to cancel my shows tonight in Portland and my show in Eugene.”
Though she did not explain what caused the “scare at the hospital,” the E! star revealed: “I don’t have COVID. I’m okay.”
She appeared to be bummed out about having to “reschedule the shows. I just wanted to say that.
“I will see you all when I see you. And I’m sorry that I had to cancel.”
Chelsea concluded: “I’m not pregnant.”
‘THE NEAR FUTURE’
The This Means War actress had to cancel two nights from her Vaccinated and Horny tour.
Chelsea’s show in Eugene, Oregon has been pushed to March 4th as her two Portland shows have been rescheduled for March 5th.
A formal statement was also released on Chelsea’s Instagram and it’s unclear how the remainder of her tour will proceed.
The statement read: “All tickets for the original performance will be honored, so patrons should hold on to their tickets.
“Chelsea is deeply saddened to have to cancel at the last minute and looks forward to giving you a spectacular show in the near future.”
‘WE TOUR TOGETHER’
Back in Septemeber 2021, the Chelsea star posed with her boyfriend, comedian Jo Koy, 50, on social media.
In the first photo, she stood behind her man while holding her arm around his shoulder.
In the second photo, she kissed him with her arms wrapped around him.
Chelsea wrote: “He’s on tour, I’m on tour, sometimes we tour together.”
The TV star previously took to Instagram and shared a photo of herself while looking out into the distance.
She captioned the post: “Just sitting here in Mallorca thinking about how grateful I am to have so many people that I love in my life, to live the life I do and to be going on tour doing what I love.
“And that I’m finally in love, with the best kind of guy there is. There is hope for everyone! That kind of stuff.”
According to Page Six, a source told the publication that the duo have been dating since they were seen together at a Los Angeles Dodgers game in August 2021.
The comic and Jo – who used to be a regular on her show, Chelsea Lately, over a decade ago – have also appeared together in various videos on Instagram.
