Dee-Dee Bailey is set to be left horrified in upcoming Corrie scenes as villain ex Joel proposes. Her dad Ed and uncle Ronnie intervene in the situation. The former couple’s relationship imploded after Dee-Dee learned of Joel’s true nature.

Elsewhere in Weatherfield, Lauren confides in Dee-Dee that she is suspicious of Joel’s movements as of late. As a safety precaution, she has been following him on a tracking app. However, Lauren’s noticed that he’s spent considerable time in a field and an industrial park. To top it off, he transferred £5,000 into her account without an explanation. What is Joel’s motivation?
