TEENAGED Max Turner has it in for Weatherfield teacher Daniel Osbourne.
The pair get into a fight as Max is thrown down the stairs in an upcoming instalment of Coronation Street.
Paddy Bever’s character has never shied away from showing his dislike of Daniel.
He notably accused him of having an inappropriate relationship with fellow Weatherfield High student Summer Spellman… prior to being caught upskirting the young girl.
After commending Max for taking part in a consent workshop, Daniel (Rob Mallard) asks the teen is he was encouraged by his adoptive father David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd).

When Max doesn’t understand the comment – a barely veiled mention at David’s rape ordeal in 2018 – Daniel realises he has made a mistake and tries to cover it up.
However, soon, Max learns the truth and seeks out revenge.
The troublemaker steals the keys to Daniel’s apartment from a distracted Dev and plans on trashing the place.
But when Daniel returns home, Max is caught red-handed.
Although he attempts to remain calm, Daniel soon spots Sinead’s (his late wife played by Kate McGlynn) broken clay handprints and loses his cool.
As Max continues to provoke him, the argument gets heated and shouting match ensues.
Little does Daniel know that Max never really intended to break the handprints.
But despite the latter claiming the mould was accidentally broken, Daniel’s violent streak makes a return as he shoves Max out the door.
A comment about Daniel’s ill-fated relationship with Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon), which followed Sinead’s passing, sends Daniel into a state of frenzy.
Blinded by rage, the teacher pushes the teen.
Unfortunately, Max stumbles over his bag and falls down the stairs, landing in a heap at the bottom of the staircase.
A shocked Daniel stares at the lad in horror, perhaps reminded of a similar incident which saw him push his own father down a staircase upon learning he had pushed Sinead to abort their baby.
Will Max survive his tumble down the stairs?

How will David react to Daniel and Max’s violent fight?
