Coronation Street spoilers: Ryan Connor discovers Zeedan Nazir’s shocking secret

IT looks like time is up for Zeedan Nazir next week in Coronation Street as Ryan Connor discovers his huge secret. 

Zeedan – who is played by actor Qasim Akhtar in the ITV soap – is being forced to scam his grandmother Yasmeen by his evil father-in-law Hashim. 

Next week, Zeedan takes the opportunity to launder some of Hasim’s cash through the Speed Daal till. 

Hashim meets up with Zeedan in the ginnel and, handing him another bag of cash, tells him he’s got another month to push it through the books. 

Zeedan’s heart sinks as he realises what a difficult task he has ahead of him. 

Later in the week, Alya offers Ryan some shifts at Speed Daal after his DJ equipment is destroyed in a storm. 

As Zeedan launders Hashim’s cash through the till, Alya remains oblivious. 

However, when Ryan approaches for his shift he spots Zeedan in the middle of a heated row with Hashim. 

When Ryan later questions Zeedan, he refuses to open up and leaves Ryan suspicious. 

Zeedan made a shock return to the cobbles last month following a three-year absence.

Will Ryan get to the bottom of Zeedan’s evil plan?

But Zeedan’s offer of a loan to save Speed Daal upon his return left Alya suspicious of her brother’s sudden wealth.

The plot thickened when Zeedan was beaten by two mystery thugs on the street as he made his way towards Speed Daal for a family meal.

Viewers eventually discovered that Zeedan owed his father-in-law Hashim a load of money – and that he was being forced to scam his own grandmother Yasmeen in a dodgy money laundering scheme.
