CORONATION Street star Alexandra Mardell shared a sweet photo with her lookalike mum as she gears up for her wedding day.
The actress, 29, who got engaged to boyfriend Joe Parker last April, beamed as she enjoyed a pamper day with her mum Janet for Mother’s Day.

The pair looked thrilled to be spending some quality time together before Alexandra ties the knot.
They treated themselves to various treatments at the House of Evelyn beauty salon in Manchester.
“All ready for the weekend! Weekend mode on,” Alexandra told fans.
“Ready for our pre Mother’s Day pampers.”
The TV favourite – who played Emma Brooker in the ITV soap – then flashed her fresh manicure along with her huge diamond engagement ring.
Last month Alexandra jetted to an exotic resort for her lavish hen party.
She looked over the moon as she celebrated the special occasion with her closest friends and family.
The soap star shared a series of snaps from her hen do, including pictures of her wearing a white veil and carrying an “I do” clutch bag.
She posed in front of an outdoor swimming pool, showing off her trim physique in a feather bandeau crop top and a pair of white high waisted trousers.
Alexandra then turned around and showed fans the personalised writing on her veil, which read: “The future Mrs Parker.”
The celebrations didn’t stop there, they enjoyed a boozy party into the early hours.
Alexandra posted photos of her wearing a white halterneck dress, teamed with a pair of white strappy block heels and a rhinestone bridal tiara.
The TV favourite was overjoyed when she shared her engagement news with fans last year.
She showed off her diamond ring and told fans their love was “locked down”.
Alongside a series of pictures of her beaming with joy, she wrote: “Love locked down!! 1000000 times yes! You make me so happy, my face hurts! Love you ridiculously. Future Mrs Parker.”
Joe also shared a series of snaps, telling his followers: “Went in to lockdown with a girlfriend, came out with a fiancée. What a lucky man I am. Can’t wait to marry you Alexandra Mardell. I love you.”
Alexandra and Joe met while they were students but only became a couple two years after they graduated.
They moved in together in January 2020 and have kept each other entertained throughout the various lockdowns.
The actress previously gushed about her partner when they moved in together: “GSA Grad Ball 2015 – we were just friends, two years later we were a couple, now two years together, he’s moving in!
“So many exciting events and adventures already and still so many more to come!
“Joe we have such a laugh! Love you massively! So excited for all the laughs, date nights, lazy days, long walks and chicken wings we want!”
Alexandra first appeared in Corrie in April 2018, and left the soap in 2022.
