Her meals included a strawberries and cream smoothie for breakfast, a chicken and halloumi wrap for lunch, a skinny latte and Kit-Kats as snacks, and crispy fish and chips for dinner. She wrapped up the day with a protein pudding and a chocolate digestive, totaling 1600 calories.
