Coronation Street's Ryan Prescott is taking legal action against England Lioness Ella Toone's boyfriend for calling him 'disgusting' on Instagram.
The Allegations
Joe Bunney, a former Bolton Wanderers player, accused Ryan and his partner of squatting in a flat he rents, claiming the tenancy had ended and he needed the space for his grandfather.
Legal Action
Ryan and Amy Lythgoe deny the claims and have filed a £60,000 lawsuit for libel and defamation, stating the accusations had a severe impact on them.
Response
Joe's girlfriend, Ella Toone, a Man United player, has not responded to the allegations, and no defence has been filed by Joe.
