CORONATION Street star Julia Goulding has revealed she’s pregnant with her second child at the British Soap Awards.
The actress, who plays Shona Platt on the ITV soap, showed off her baby bump for the first time as she walked the red carpet.
Speaking on the red carpet, Julia told journalists she was very “excited” about adding to her brood.
She gave birth to her first child – a boy called Franklin – in December 2019.
The actress revealed the news to her fans in a touching Instagram post showing a picture of her with husband Ben Silver.
She captioned the picture: “Thank you to the lovely couple in the park who took this picture for us.
“Taken as I was in early labour on my due date. The next day Ben and I welcomed our baby son into the world. Franklin Wolf Silver born on 30/11/19.
“He’s changed our lives for the better in every way. I feel like I’ve known him my whole life.”
She went on maternity leave just weeks before she went into labour and returned to work just four months later.
Julie and Ben married in December 2018 at Manchester’s Albert Hall.
