DAN Walker shocked The Chase viewers with a swipe at Paul ‘The Sinnerman’ Sinha.
Saturday night’s instalment saw the presenter take part in a special celebrity version of the ITV show alongside politician Ruth Davidson, former Towie star Ferne McCann, and musician Mark King.
The four famous faces were taking part to win the hefty cash prize for their chosen charities.
Dan, 45, who recently quit his role as BBC Breakfast host, did everything he could to make sure that they successfully beat Chaser Paul.
Paul tried to persuade Mark, 63, to take on a higher bid of £60,000, rather than the £4,000 he got in the cash-builder round.
He wasn’t sure what to do, so host Bradley Walsh stepped in and asked the BBC Breakfast presenter to help him.

Dan said: “Don’t get sucked in by the man in the white tuxedo.”
Luckily Paul found the remark funny just as much as everyone else in the studio.
The journalist couldn’t help himself as he later told Mark: “Your jacket’s much better, go four grand.”
Meanwhile fans thought last night’s show was fixed.
Many viewers voiced their disapproval at how easy the questions were, which explains why the celebrities do well.
One fan couldn’t get over the fact that one question asked ‘Which liquid is used in a steam iron?’
“Are they taking the p**s?” they fumed on twitter.
And they weren’t the only one.
One vented: “Why’s everyone ok with the celebrity chase just being an absolute fix?”
Another fumed: “The celebrity chase is the biggest con going. They win every time!”
