DANCING on Ice fans were shocked as Paul Gascoigne made a very flirty remark to Holly Willoughby before his tears on set.
The football legend, 54, was in the audience to support his skating sensation son Regan on Dancing on Ice, when he made a beeline for Holly.
Regan, 25, was cheered on by dad Paul and sister Bianca in the studio audience as he performed to Singing in the Rain with dance partner Karin.
When speaking to host Holly, 40, towards the end of the show, Paul joked: “I didn’t come to see Regan, I’ve come to see you.”
Holly blushed: “I won’t tell anyone.”
Paul added: “He’s incredible. I took him skiing when he was four and he was quite good then.”
A tearful Gazza wiped his eyes as he told Holly how proud he was of his son.
Fans rushed to compliment Regan’s routine, with one tweeting: “That was amazing from Regan. He has so much natural talent, I’m loving watching him.”
Another wrote: “Lovely to see Gazza in the audience supporting his son. What a great skate tonight.”
Meanwhile fans were furious about the scores Regan received and took to Twitter to complain.
One said: “How in the world did Regan score less than Kimberley? These scores are total s****. Even with that tiny stumble he was bloody miles better.”
A second chimed in: “Judges scoring is so random. Regan deserved 9s. He was miles ahead of the rest.”
A third added: “The judges scoring… Brendan and Regan completely different league! Fab scores for them but for other celebs to be scored the same…”
