Telly fans flocked to Twitter in shock over the scoring after Brendan’s first performance with pro partner Vanessa Bauer where he slipped.

It left viewers furiously labelling the show a fix, and even host Holly Willoughby questioned the perfect 10 score despite Brendan’s error.

One fan wrote: “Scores are farcical. Brendan stumbles yet still gets a 10. Judges pandering to him.”

A second said: “Regan, faultless. Kim, faultless. Brendan has a stumble and they don’t mark down. Good job the scores don’t matter. Chris trying to blame the pros.”
