Over the past few months, Michelle has been busy training with her pro skater partner Lukasz Rozycki ahead of tonight’s launch.
The star confessed that she fell four times in one training session recently, but has put it down to the natural part of ageing.
During Thursday’s instalment of Loose Women, Michelle said: “I’ve got a bit of whiplash on my neck, I had I think four falls on Monday and do you know what it is?
“It’s forgetting you’re on ice! I’m calling it menopausal brain fog because I just stand there.
“The falls usually come when I’m still and I forget that I’m not in shoes and my feet just go and I’m on my back.
“So I’ve got to be careful of that.”
Menopause usually happens when a woman is between the age of 45 and 55.
It occurs when the body’s sex hormones change, and this occurs naturally as you age.
It comes after Michelle revealed that she had injured her leg while training – which could have potentially left her future on the show in jeopardy.
Last month she shared a snap of herself using crutches.
Brave Michelle, 43, said she has refused to quit the ITV show which kicks off in January.
She penned alongside the snap: “If @torvillanddeanofficial bring in an element #toepickfall I think I have it covered.
“Rocking my new look at panto in @thespotlighthoddesdon
“We get back up, we carry on, what doesn’t break us makes us stronger .. gonna take a hell of allot more then this to keep me off the ice!”
Days before posted shocking pictures of the moment she collapsed and was rushed to hospital looking battered and bruised.
The singer took to Instagram to detail the lows of her addiction after opening up about it last year.
Tonight Michelle will take to the ice as part of this year’s show.
She will be up against Siva Kaneswaran, Mollie Gallagher, Carley Stenson, Darren Harriott, Joey Essex, The Vivienne, Nile Wilson, John Fashanu, Patsy Palmer and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
