DANNY Dyer admits he pushed the “f*** it” button and destroyed his relationships during a “mad period”.
The actor, 44, was caught cheating on his now-wife Joanne in 2000 and has blamed it on being a “lost soul”.

Joanne got back at him by changing her phone number, clearing out their bank account and stopping her from seeing his kids, which he insists: “I didn’t blame her.”
Danny and Joanne got together in 1992, and went on to have three children together – Love Island’s Dani, 26, daughter Sunnie, 11, and son Arty, five.
But EastEnders star Danny admits to being guilty of numerous cheating scandals before they married in 2016.
Speaking to The Times, Danny said: “It was a mad period. I do now realise what’s important to me are my family. They are everything.
“I tried to fill it with the drink and drugs and doing stupid things. I was a lost soul.
“I had a ‘f*** it’ button and I would destroy relationships before I could be left.”
The 45-year-old actor departed his role as the Queen Vic landlord in dramatic scenes last year.
He has since slated the soap that reinvigorated his career, saying he left because of the soap’s dwindling viewing figures and says the show’s writers “lost their way” with his character, Mick Carter.
When Danny joined the BBC One show in 2013, EastEnders was regularly getting up to eight million viewers a night, but in the past year those figures have dwindled to 2.5 million an episode.
His character Mick had divorced his childhood sweetheart Linda and married Janine Butcher, played by Charlie Brooks.
He bowed out after diving into the Chanel to save his beloved ex-wife Linda, played by Kellie Bright, with him not re-emerging from the water.
“I didn’t quite know who I was playing anymore, it was an odd thing,” said Danny.
